Terms and Conditions for Receiving the JIFF Ticket and Ampol Petrol Voucher Giveaways

1. Offer from Elato to receive either a JIFF ticket or a $5 Ampol Petrol Voucher in return for emailing to Elato, a photo of an Elato ice cream purchase docket at Ampol Foodary commenced at 12.20pm on Tuesday 24 September, 2024 and will expire at 11.59pm on Sunday 29 September (the Giveaway Period). Purchases made before this commencement date or after the completion date are not eligible for the giveaway.

2. There are only 40 JIFF tickets available for this giveaway. When they have all been allocated to giveaway recipients, Elato will be offering only $5 Ampol Petrol Vouchers as the giveaway prize.

3. Ampol Fuel vouchers will be sent by Ampol not Elato.

4. Entrants are eligible to receive a giveaway prize if:

    a. a photo of a genuine Ampol purchase docket is emailed to info@elato.com.au showing the purchase of one or more tubs of Elato ice cream from an Ampol Foodary store; and

   b. a selection of the preferred giveaway prize is made in the email.

5. Entrants for this giveaway who send a photo of the docket after the Giveaway Period will still be eligible for the giveaway if the purchase docket shows the purchase having been undertaken during the Giveaway Period.

6. Only genuine Ampol Foodary purchase dockets will be eligible for this giveaway. In the event of any dispute about the purchase docket being genuine or not, Elato's decision will be final.
