To celebrate International Ice Cream Day, which is coming up this Sunday, we’re launching 10 x triple toppings over 10 days – starting with a decadent dinner-party twist on our new Pistachio Papi Gelato.

This flavour-packed creation takes inspiration from Dua Lipa’s olive oil and salt combo, but with a few elevated touches:

• Slices of fresh persimmon for colour and texture
• A sprinkle of flaky salt (try Fleur de Sel for something special)
• A dash of cardamom powder, which pairs beautifully with pistachio

And the hero – a drizzle of pure pistachio oil from Abel (available online). It’s sweet, salty, creamy, spiced and nutty – the perfect start to our 10 x triple toppings over 10 days series.
