Ice cream is a fragile item that needs to be handled with care. We know that by the time you purchase your Elato ice cream, there is chance that the storage cold chain may not have stored your ice cream in the way we would recommend.
Because of this, after you purchase your Elato ice cream tub or tubs from a store or an online delivery service, you have 7 days after purchase to notify us of any issues, defects or damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can contact us during office hours at info@elato.com.au or phone us on 1900 986 1800 (1800 YUM 1800) with information about the issues, defects or damage that you experienced with the purchase of Elato plus the purchase location, or with any other questions you might have about Elato
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve considered your notification, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a credit voucher for the store where you purchased Elato at the same value as the item you purchased. If the store doesn't have a credit voucher system, you will receive another form of credit voucher at the same value as the item you purchased.
